Empowerment Through Achievement Women’s Shelter provides an emergency shelter for women and children escaping from domestic violence and other forms of abuse. We provide services in a culturally and religiously sensitive manner, accommodating various dietary needs.

Our shelter is located in the City of Vaughan. Our address is undisclosed and kept confidential. Women and children can stay up to six (6) weeks. The shelter premise and the surrounding areas are monitored and guarded with a state-of-the-art quality digital security system to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our women and children.

We operate in a 24 hour environment with highly qualified and experienced staff counsellors on site at all times.

We accommodate both SINGLE WOMEN and WOMEN WITH CHILDREN. All of our rooms are designed to respect the women and their children’s privacy as we provide private individual family rooms.
